To begin, make sure the bank is registered with the telecommunications company you intend to use, and that you are also registered for NCBA mobile banking services. How to Deposit Money from MTN Mobile Money to NCBA Bank Account
Follow the step by step guide to successfully transfer money from your MTN MoMo account to your bank account;
1. Launch the dialer app then dial *165# and press the dial button. (The NCBA account holder should strictly use a number used during mobile banking registration).
2. Choose option 6 which is Financial Services.
3. Select option 1, Bank deposit.
4. Choose the option that corresponds to NCBA bank. If it is not on the first-page click next.
5. Enter the account number you are sending the money to.
6. You will be prompted to enter the amount that you are willing to transfer.
7. Confirm with MTN mobile money pin.
NOTE: Transfer charges are determined by MTN Uganda.

How to Deposit Money from Airtel Money to NCBA Bank Account
Follow the procedure below to send money from Airtel Money to the NCBA bank account.
1. Open the phone app then dial *185# and press the OK button. (You should strictly use a number you used for mobile banking registration).
2. From the list of the displayed mobile money menu opt for option 7, Financial Services.
3. Next choose option 1, Banks.
4. Go to the next page by entering 10.
5. Choose a number that corresponds to NCBA Bank.
6. Enter the Account number.
7. Input the amount that you want to transfer from your wallet to your bank account.
8. Confirm with Airtel Money pin.
NOTE: The sender will be charged for the transfer transaction and the charges are determined by Airtel Uganda.
