How to Register for Tropical Bank Mobile Banking - 30 April
Tropical mobile banking is a platform that allows Tropical bank customers to conduct banking transactions using their mobile phones whenever and wherever they want. Customers who have registered will be able to check bank account balances, review statements, pay bills, deposit, withdraw money, and transfer funds both internally and to other banks. Here's how to sign up for Tropical Bank's mobile banking service in Uganda.
Tropical Bank Registration Account Requirements
- Tropical Bank account.
- National ID/ Passport.
- Registered Phone number.
- Visit the Tropical bank branch premises.
How to Register for Tropical Mobile Banking in Uganda
1. Go to the nearest Tropical bank branch in your area. Click here for locations.
2. At the customer care desk request the agent to enroll you for mobile banking services.
3. Next, the customer care agent will avail you with a form. Fill in all the required information about your Tropical bank account and personal information then attach a photocopy of your National ID to the form and submit both forms to the customer care agent.
4. After the application is successful, the customer will receive a One Time Password (OTP) via SMS within 24 hours. The OTP will grant the account holder access to their mobile banking platform. The customer can access the service by dialing *214# and/or by downloading the Tropical bank mobile app from Play Store or App Store.
6. Smartphone owners can download and install the Tropical bank mobile app on their devices. The app is available on both Google Play Store and App Store. After successful download, launch the app then enter the OTP that was sent via SMS, account details, and follow the prompts.
7. Similarly, you can use the Tropical bank Mobile USSD shortcode *214# using the registered phone number then enter the One Time Password and follow the prompts.
8. Create a new secure pin and enjoy Tropical bank’s seamless mobile banking service.
